Terms of Service

1. The service

BitpointX is a client support platform for agencies, provided by BitpointX Pty Ltd (ABN 32 651 179 618). Features may change as we improve the product. We will give notice before removing anything material.

2. Your account

• Workspaces are for registered businesses only.
• You are responsible for your users, their access and keeping sign in details safe.
• You must tell us promptly about any unauthorised use.

3. Acceptable use

• No unlawful, harmful or infringing content.
• No attempts to break, probe or overload the service, other than security testing agreed with us.
• No storing data you have no right to store, or data above the classification your workspace is set up for.

4. Your data

You own your content. You give us permission to host and process it only to provide the service. Our Data Processing Agreement forms part of these terms. You can export your data at any time while your subscription is active.

5. Automated fixes

If you turn on automated fixes, you choose the repos and ticket types they apply to. Changes are made on separate branches and are released only after approval by your client and a person on your team. You remain responsible for what you release.

6. Fees

Subscription fees, if any, are shown when you sign up and are billed through Stripe in advance. Fees are in AUD and exclude GST unless stated.

7. Availability and support

We aim to keep BitpointX available at all times but cannot promise it will never be interrupted.

8. Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law or other laws that cannot be excluded. Otherwise, to the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim, and neither of us is liable for indirect or consequential loss.

9. Ending the agreement

You can cancel at any time. We may suspend or end access for serious breaches of these terms, with notice where we can. Please export your data before your subscription ends. After it ends we delete it, unless the law requires us to keep it.

10. General
